Sports Arena Podiatry Group has been proudly serving San Diegans for 50 years. The team has extensive experience treating the gamut of podiatric conditions, including bunions, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, nail fungus, plantar fasciitis, and toenails. The staff can also create custom orthotics as part of patient recovery plans.

Dr. Andrew Felfoldi
Podiatrist & Podiatric Surgeon
Podiatrist Andrew Felfoldi, DPM, is dedicated to providing exceptional podiatric care through the latest research and technology. At Sports Arena Podiatry Group with three convenient locations in Chula Vista, Coronado, and San Diego, California, Dr. Felfoldi’s approach to medicine stresses the importance of correctly diagnosing and then educating the patient regarding their foot condition and treatment options. He emphasizes conservative treatment options, but can employ aggressive surgery if necessary.

Dr. Felfoldi attended medical school at the College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He then completed his internship and residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital North in Chicago before earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.
​
He has a special interest in bunions, diabetic foot care, minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, tendon repair, and total joint replacement. Dr. Felfoldi is affiliated with Sharp Community Medical Group and Sharp Memorial Hospital. His grateful patients have recognized Dr. Felfoldi with a Guardian Angel award.

Growing up in San Diego has allowed Dr. Felfoldi to enjoy everything about the outdoors. From hiking Torrey Pines to skiing Mammoth Mountain and surfing, he spends most of his spare time outside.
Dr. Madison Ravine
Podiatrist & Podiatric Surgeon
Madison Ravine, DPM, is board-qualified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). She sees patients at Sports Arena Podiatry Group, which has locations in San Diego, Coronado, and Chula Vista, California.

She was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She attended Cornell University, where she obtained an undergraduate degree in biological sciences/physiology. She then moved to San Francisco, California, to attend the California School of Podiatric Medicine. After completing her doctorate, she completed her surgical internship and residency at Harvard Medical School’s Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge, Massachusetts, prior to joining Sports Arena Podiatry Group.

Dr. Ravine believes in emphasizing conservative treatment options and is committed to providing personalized care to each patient, focusing on innovative treatments and surgical techniques to optimize outcomes and enhance quality of life. She has a special interest in sports medicine, bunions, minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, reconstructive surgery, and trauma. Dr. Ravine is affiliated with Sharp Community Medical Group and Sharp Memorial Hospital.

She enjoys sharing her passion for the outdoors and an active lifestyle by working with the community of San Diego. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, surfing, and spending time with her friends and family.
